All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
Posh Pets may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian Dollars.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Posh Pets will notify you by email within hours of making a purchase if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of completing a purchase order, Posh Pets is deemed to have confirmed the purchase at the price listed. If you receive such notification, the sale will be automatically terminated unless you reply by email with confirmation of your intention to purchase the item at the confirmed price.
If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain a parent/guardian’s consent prior to using www.poshpets.com.au

Placing an order
Before placing an order, please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions of Posh Pets.
To Order Online
Add your selected products to your cart, view cart and proceed to checkout. If you are a returning customer please login to complete your order. If you are a new customer of Posh Pets please complete your billing and shipping information and proceed to payment.
Changing your order
You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.
All customers placing an order with the Posh Pets are required to log-in. This is to ensure that you are able to track current and previous orders. You may log in at any time you are visiting the Posh Pets, or at the time of completing your order.
To log-in click on the link on the Home Page. Alternatively you can log-in once you have entered the check out. If you are a registered shopper, please log-in by entering your User Name and Password and click the “Log In” button. If you are a new customer, click on the “New Customer” button. Enter your details in the required fields (highlighted with a tick) on the My Profile page. You may add to your details at any time by clicking on the “My Profile” tab at the top of the screen.
Credit card details are not retained as part of your profile.
Stock & Availability
We can only guarantee availability of merchandise while stocks last. If the item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you via email within 5 working days of receipt of your order to advise you of any revised delivery date, or to allow you to cancel or change your order.
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Only Australian orders are subject to the GST. All transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars.
Processing of Orders
Posh Pets will process your order within seven working days of it being placed, subject to stock levels and credit card authorisation. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you by email or telephone. Please note that no charges will be made against your credit card until your order is ready for dispatch.
