Delivery and Returns
Once your order has been dispatched allow 5 – 7 business days for Australian delivery.
Posh Pets accept no responsibility for delays in delivery following dispatch which are due to a country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements.
Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel.
Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. Posh Pets is not responsible for delivery delays following dispatch of your order. No damages or compensation will be due in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 10 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may then be cancelled and the buyer may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation.
Delivery Charges for Retail Orders within Australia:
The standard cost for processing and shipping most orders within Australia is $10 per order however some orders may attract a surcharge dependent on the delivery location and the physical size and/or weight of the order. Any surcharges will be determined by the published Australia Post Parcel Post rates, however we will make every effort to minimise any additional charges. If additional postage is required, Customers will be contacted before the order is processed and the Customer retains the right to accept the additional charges or cancel the order.
To process your order we require your name and the address you would like Posh Pets to send your order to. We will require your telephone number – this is to inform you straight away if there are any problems. We may need to contact you if your order has been delayed or if there are other problems that may stop us processing your order successfully. All information you provide is transmitted through our secure server for our viewing only.
Delivery Charges for Retail Orders outside Australia.
International postage rates vary greatly and therefore the delivery Flat Rate of $10.00 is not applicable to Overseas orders.
Due to this factor, Paypal is not a payment option as we are unable to determine the postage costs until after the order is received and processed. Once the postage is determined we will contact the customer and advise the amount and the customer retains the right to accept the additional charges or cancel the order.
Delivery Charges for Wholesale Orders within Australia:
The cost for shipping wholesale orders within Australia is not shown on online orders since the shipping charges are subject to the size and weight of the order and method of dispatch. eg. Auspost; Courier; Express or Parcel Post. etc. The final shipping charges will be detailed on your completed invoice. If paying by credit card you will not be charged until your order is ready for dispatch.
Tracking your Order within Australia.
All Australian orders are delivered either through Australia Post’s Parcel Post service or a local carrier eg. Fastway Couriers or Startrack. All parcels are identified with an unique Tracking Number which we will advise when we confirm dispatch of your order. If you have not received your order within the timeframe we have specified in our delivery section, please notify Posh Pets and we will track your order.
Returns & Exchange Procedures
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any item(s) that you have ordered and provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us in good and unused condition within 28 days we will immediately refund the purchase price of the item(s) using the same method as your original payment or exchange. Any delivery charges incurred are non-refundable.
Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer. As we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit, all returned goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent when returning an item or items to us.
Claims concerning the product delivered must be submitted no later than 28 days following delivery of the product.

If, when your order arrives, it has been damaged in transit or it appears faulty, please return the item(s) to us and we will, subject to availability, replace the item(s) immediately upon receipt. If stock is unavailable we will refund the full purchase price.
Complaints & Comments / Claims & Disputes
Claims concerning the product delivered must be submitted in writing no later than 28 days following delivery of the product.
Claims or disputes will always be examined with the greatest care. It is expected that the customer is acting in good faith when making any complaint(s). The customer should first contact the company to seek a solution.
